Dynamic Sales Team Manager Opportunity

White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled sales engineers and driving sales growth through effective customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3 sales engineers to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers to promote the brand
  • Produce quotations and orders, and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor sales performance and work with operations to ensure ERP sales are followed correctly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an engineering background, with managerial or leadership experience
  • Ability to produce quotations and guide the team to do the same
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients
  • Confidence to win new business and meet customers onsite
  • Technical skills to read mechanical drawings

Desirable Experience:

  • Manufacturing or aftermarket background
  • At least 3 years of sales experience and managing a team
  • Comfortable delivering training
  • Tough working candidate with a get up and go attitude
  • Enthusiastic and committed individual
  • Driven to progress within the company
