Job Title: Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at K3 Capital Group Ltd. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and contributing to the overall sales strategy within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute sales campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
