We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at K3 Capital Group Ltd. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and contributing to the overall sales strategy within our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute sales campaigns
- Provide coaching and training to Sales Executives to enhance their sales skills and performance
- Compile and present sales reports to senior management
- Work closely with Sales Managers to discuss sales strategies and performance
- Develop and implement contingency plans to improve sales performance where necessary
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales leadership role in a B2B cold calling environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
