Overview of the Role

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Production Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and consistency in performance across our production lines.

Primary Responsibilities

Foster a culture of zero loss focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Workforce Efficiency.

Facilitate daily operational meetings to set clear objectives.

Drive problem-solving initiatives to identify and address root causes.

Minimize process inefficiencies through strategic workflow and system enhancements.

Standardize operational procedures to maintain performance consistency across shifts.

Manage vehicle quality and enhance resolution processes.

Required Skills and Competencies

Spend a significant portion of time on the production floor.

Proficient in all fundamental operational roles.

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

Technical proficiency in production processes.

Skills in setting clear directions and objectives.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to influence and persuade effectively.
