Client Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Director to join our team in Leeds, working with mid-market clients across the country. As a key contact with our clients, you will deliver Aon's depth of capabilities to meet their evolving needs and risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive, coordinate, and lead the provision of service to clients, drawing upon designated service teams and specialist resources.
  • Provide support to less experienced Client Managers and contribute to the development of the team.
  • Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet client needs, and understand and communicate each client's business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of Aon.
  • Build client relationships with key decision-makers and seek out new business opportunities.
  • Manage your own pipeline of new opportunities and continue to refresh and build on this.
  • Grow the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio, including meeting annual income targets.
Requirements:
  • FCII/ACII or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven client relationship experience in the insurance industry, with experience in core lines of commercial risks.
  • Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
  • Proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals within the organisation.
  • Working knowledge of Risk Management Concepts.
  • Technical knowledge in all major and pecuniary classes.
  • Sales skills and effective communication and presentation skills.
