The Client Director will be responsible for identifying and introducing Aon's products and services to meet the client's needs, and understanding and communicating each Client's business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of Aon. They will build client relationships with key decision-makers, seek out new business opportunities, and manage their own pipeline of new opportunities. They will also grow the revenue and profitability of their client portfolio, including meeting annual income targets. The Client Director will work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and comply with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management concepts, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. They will also have excellent sales skills, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
