Key Responsibilities:- Process supplier invoices, up to circa 500 per month, with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle supplier queries in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform account reconciliation, journal posting, and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the accountant with ad hoc tasks and month-end accounts preparation, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Strong PC skills, particularly in accounting software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
