Job Title: Orthopaedics Scrub Nurse - Transition into Medical Devices

Job Summary:

Projectus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedics Scrub Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist in the medical devices industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, education, and training on our orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring the correct use of our devices.
  • Train and educate healthcare professionals on the use, benefits, and best practices of our orthopaedic products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse, specifically within orthopaedics.
  • Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instrumentation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and educate medical professionals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the commercial side of the medical industry.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across the North West.
