As a Sales Associate at Montblanc, you will be responsible for achieving sales, profit, and strategic objectives. This will involve developing sales and profit initiatives to drive business growth, as well as regular sales and other KPI reporting.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Ensure seamless till operations and IT system maintenance
- Adhere to security policies and procedures
Client Experience and Development:
- Deliver impeccable customer service
- Actively promote the brand CRM strategy
- Execute planned activities in the boutique
- Manage relationships with VIP customers
- Assist the Boutique Manager with customer service and client topics
- Promote corporate business gift opportunities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in retail
- Leather background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Pro-active with a strong teamwork ethic
- Attention to detail
- Good administrative skills
- Flexible to work weekends
