As a Residential Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive home for the children in our care. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each child's individual needs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care, acting as a positive role model for the children.

  • Participate in activities both within the home and in the wider community, enriching the children's experiences.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes for each child.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
