Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each individual are met.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and support work.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children and young people.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or support work is desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the values of honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, and accountability.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references covering the past two years.
