Previous experience is not essential, as we fully train all our team members. However, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to our values: Honesty, Integrity, Enthusiasm, and Accountability.
Cambian is committed to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care. All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years. Applicants must also provide reference information for all positions related to working with children and vulnerable adults, and details of employment going back to full-time education.
