Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide emotional and practical support to children and young people, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • To engage in activities and interests that promote the young person's development and enjoyment.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children and young people.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children and young people.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
