We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to become a vital part of their Energy Division. The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee a variety of projects aimed at implementing modifications and enhancements to substation protection and control systems for clients within the Power Transmission sector.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Coordinator:

  • Comprehensive management of diverse projects, typically valued between £50k and £600k
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, specifications, and budgetary constraints, while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Management of subcontractors
  • Accountable for all environmental, health & safety, and quality considerations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct regular progress updates and reporting sessions with stakeholders

Essential Qualifications of the Senior Project Coordinator:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role
  • Familiarity with NEC3/4 Contracts and their application in Project Management and Planning
  • Demonstrated experience in one of the following sectors: engineering, energy, power transmission, or similar highly regulated environments
  • Proficient in scheduling and planning work activities using Microsoft Project
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client locations
  • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines, maintaining margins, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding quality standards
