Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Dalkia. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our production team, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the production team by coordinating tasks, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of site packs, including printing, folding, and archiving of drawings.
- Maintain customer correspondence, including email management, document tracking, and archiving.
- Provide administrative support for travel bookings, including arranging transportation and accommodations.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as typing, shredding, and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Provide reception cover, including answering the telephone and greeting visitors.
- Lay out and clear up refreshments for meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven administration experience, with a strong background in project coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
