Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing and maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings and events, and managing project schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with the production of site packs, including printing and folding of drawings, and maintaining customer correspondence.
  • Support the maintenance of electronic and paper records, including filing, collating, checking, and photocopying.
  • Ensure all projects are conforming to quality assurance for documentation.
  • Chase up outstanding documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including typing, shredding, and monitoring stationery supplies.
  • Provide reception cover, including answering the telephone and greeting visitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
