Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer requirements and advising on cost, time scale, and service details.
- Work effectively in a busy dealership environment, managing high volumes while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Previous motor trade experience is essential, with a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of delivering results.
- At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade or car dealership as a Service Advisor.
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is desirable, but not essential. A strong understanding of dealership systems is required.
- A competitive starting salary and excellent benefits package, including a company pension scheme.
