Job Overview:
Aaban Partnership Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the company's estate, ensuring ongoing and sustainable success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic estate management and support to Directors, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
- Develop and implement an Estate Strategy that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
- Manage all aspects of property upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health & safety, and facilities management.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to create an environment conducive to recovery-focused care.
Requirements:
- Proven estate management acumen, sound judgement, and ability to deliver results.
- Flexibility to respond to fluctuating demands and meet current and developing business challenges.
- Diplomatic skills to work across the organisation and ensure the estate supports effective service delivery.
Working at Aaban Partnership Ltd:
The Estate Manager will work at a high level across the organisation, providing strategic support to Directors and leading the implementation of an Estate Strategy. The role requires a strong understanding of estate management principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams.
