Client-side Project Manager for Luxury Residential Projects

Job Summary:

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in a client-side role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full 360 development process of high-end residential projects, from cradle to grave.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will be part of an exceptional team in the London office and will contribute to the delivery of high-end residential projects in prime London postcodes. Developments will range from cut and carve, extension/basement dig, refurbishment, and new build, with construction costs between £5 million and £50 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the appointment of professional and contractor teams to take projects through design and delivery to FF&E completion and sale/lease.
  • Oversee the full 360 development process, including project management, construction management, and commercial management.
  • Work closely with the Head of Development to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • MRICS/MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field.
  • Circa 5 years' experience in development, preferably within high-end/luxury residential projects valued between £5 million and £20 million.
  • Good experience in JCT contract setup, consultant and contractor team management, and leading the master programme and project through to completion.
  • Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal, and time management skills.
