About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our marketing strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in PPC and social media marketing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate market trends.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media.
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Write and proofread materials for online campaigns.
  • Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Grow the Marketing Department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PPC & Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Confident presenting to Senior Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
