As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to select from a variety of flexible Bank shifts across our client Trusts in England, while also enhancing your professional skills and gaining diverse experience in multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Exhibiting knowledge and understanding of gynaecological issues or demonstrating a willingness to acquire this knowledge.
- Upholding and promoting high standards of nursing practice, focusing on patient and family-centered care.
- Assessing patient care requirements and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, ensuring adherence to high standards of evidence-based practice in collaboration with senior staff.
- Executing all nursing procedures in line with Trust Policies, ensuring comprehension and compliance with these protocols.
- Engaging with patients and their families with empathy and reassurance regarding their assessment, care, and treatment, aiming for a user-centered care approach.
- Maintaining precise and thorough nursing documentation in accordance with NMC guidelines and Trust policies.

Role Responsibilities
Position Title: Gynaecology Staff Nurse
Compensation: £16 - £23 per hour.

Essential Experience
Required:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience on a busy Gynaecology ward.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and staying updated with current practices.
- Evidence of NMC Registration and a Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
