The Trade Surveillance Associate will be responsible for:

  • Executing processes accurately and efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Collating and reviewing documents for accuracy
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Cross-training new team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in trade surveillance, trade management, or trade lifecycle analysis
  • Knowledge of financial services, ideally investment banking
  • Awareness of key topics such as ramping, market abuse, and spoofing
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
