This is an exciting opportunity for a Trade Surveillance Specialist to join our team at Capco. As a Trade Surveillance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' trading teams by ensuring that all trades are legitimate and there is no reputational damage or risk.
About the Role
The Trade Surveillance Associate will be responsible for:
- Executing processes accurately and efficiently
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Collating and reviewing documents for accuracy
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Cross-training new team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in trade surveillance, trade management, or trade lifecycle analysis
- Knowledge of financial services, ideally investment banking
- Awareness of key topics such as ramping, market abuse, and spoofing
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
