This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. As a Fire Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting fire safety assessments and audits, providing guidance and support on fire safety regulations, and assisting in the development and implementation of fire safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough fire safety assessments and audits to identify potential risks and hazards
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on fire safety regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with local fire authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety standards
- Develop and implement effective fire safety policies and procedures
- Train and educate colleagues on fire safety procedures and protocols
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Relevant qualifications in fire safety, such as a degree in fire safety or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential fire safety risks
