About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Advisor to join our Implementation Unit at J. Murphy & Sons Ltd. As a Senior Policy Advisor, you will play a key role in assisting the SHES Management in the implementation of Group SHES Management Systems and providing SHES advice and support to employees across the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out accident/incident investigations in accordance with the Company procedure and analyze all data to make recommendations to avoid any reoccurrences.
  • Manage and collate the data on SHESQ related issues to find areas for continuous improvement through trends and data analysis.
  • Monitor equipment and implement Best Practice.
  • Actively seek innovations to introduce into the Business Unit.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH qualified.
  • Dedicated and continued investment in your professional development.
