We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for servicing and developing a significant book of business, with a focus on retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet clients' needs and deliver profitable business
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end client service, ensuring excellent retention rates
  • Understand clients' business and risk management needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Design and implement programme and pricing structures based on market and client knowledge
  • Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met
Requirements
  • Strong Commercial Insurance experience, with a proven track record of dealing with complex client needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Integrity, credibility, and presence at senior levels
  • Genuine desire for excellent customer service
