Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team. As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading various technical integrations and implementations, solving complex problems in the content localization space, and designing sustainable solutions to support our customers' growing localization needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with technical and business users to gather requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive and scalable solutions
- Effectively manage process changes with business and technical stakeholders to drive implementations forward
- Provide best-in-class support to customers, leading workshops and troubleshooting sessions with customer technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Articulate best practices to encourage optimal integration and platform adoption, laying the foundation for the long-term success of customers
- Stay curious about new technologies, develop new tools, and contribute to process improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing role that focuses on technical solution design and implementation
- Highly analytical when it comes to complex problems, not intimidated by technical challenges
- Excellent communicator with the capability to advise/persuade technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to drive outcomes despite complexity, ambiguity or changing scope
- 2+ years of applied experience with modern web technologies (e.g. HTTP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript), and REST APIs
- Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language and able to read/write simple scripts
- Able to work effectively as a remote team member
Preferred Qualifications
- Software development experience
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and SQL
- Experience with file engineering and regular expressions
- Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDN), web servers, and proxy technologies such as Nginx
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, Kibana or similar technologies
- Experience with translation, localization, and internationalization processes and/or fluency in multiple languages
