Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and technical expert to join our Professional Services team as a Solution Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions, communicating complex concepts to both technical and business users, and driving process changes with stakeholders to drive implementations forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with technical and business users to gather requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive and scalable solutions
  • Effectively manage process changes with business and technical stakeholders to drive implementations forward
  • Provide best-in-class support to customers, leading workshops and troubleshooting sessions with customer technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Articulate best practices to encourage optimal integration and platform adoption, laying the foundation for long-term customer success
  • Stay curious about new technologies, develop new tools, and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Highly analytical with complex problems, not intimidated by technical challenges
  • Excellent communicator with the capability to advise/persuade technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to drive outcomes despite complexity, ambiguity, or changing scope
  • 2+ years of applied experience with modern web technologies (e.g. HTTP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and REST APIs
  • Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language and able to read/write simple scripts
  • Able to work effectively as a remote team member

Preferred Qualifications

  • Software development experience
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and SQL
  • Experience with file engineering and regular expressions
  • Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDN), web servers, and proxy technologies such as Nginx
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk, Kibana, or similar technologies
  • Experience with translation, localization, and internationalization processes and/or fluency in multiple languages
