Job Title: Ombuds Service Analyst

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking a highly skilled Ombuds Service Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Ombudsperson and the Office of the Ombudsperson (OMB) in research, training, and outreach event organization, data collection and analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support OMB in developing and hosting the Mediation Scheme by collecting and analyzing benchmarking information from other international organizations, developing and managing a mediation log system, coordinating with external mediators, and promoting mediation services.
  • Conduct research on conflict resolution and organizational management topics to enhance OMB services.
  • Plan and execute OMB events, including training, awareness-raising, and outreach to foster a culture of constructive conflict resolution.
  • Develop and enhance independent data collection and analytics systems to provide insightful reporting on OMB activities.
  • Prepare reports for the Ombudsperson to present to the Management and the AIIB Board/Committee.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Manage and update OMB's internal web pages and databases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in conflict resolution, psychology, counseling, law, management, social sciences, or related fields.
  • Understanding of ombuds, mediation, and staff grievance mechanisms in international organizations.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational organization and/or multicultural environment.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in organizing events and training.

  • Discretion and experience working in highly confidential environments.
