Regional Operations Specialist - Independent Living

At Common Sail Investment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and oversight to our communities to ensure the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct resident assessments and develop service plans to ensure individualized care and support.
  • Oversee and monitor resident care to ensure quality standards are maintained, including reviewing and processing physician orders and verifying resident ADL schedules.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to address employee performance concerns and support the training and development of care team members.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the home office team to ensure smooth transitions of outgoing and incoming community team members.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company policies and programs, regulatory agencies, and standards.
  • Support wellness leaders with ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in healthcare or related field.
  • Required travel: 70%.
  • Experience in Senior Living/Independent Living.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, with a capacity to master company-specific software.
