Happy Days Nurseries is excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned Nursery Manager to step into the role of Support Manager.
In this position, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and provide exemplary leadership and oversight across various nursery locations along the M5 corridor.
This full-time position requires frequent travel.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the designated Nursery Manager for your assigned nursery
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks
- Mentor and guide new nursery managers
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Facilitate staff training and professional growth
- Support initiatives in sales, marketing, and admissions
- Oversee financial management, including costs and customer relations
- Collaborate effectively with various departments
