Role Overview:
We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic SEN Social Studies Educator to become a part of our team.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing high-quality education to students with SEN, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive learning space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and tailored Social Studies lessons that meet the needs of students with SEN.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Individualised Learning Plans for students with diverse educational requirements.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active engagement and academic achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators, support personnel, and families to ensure effective communication and a comprehensive approach to student growth.
  • Employ a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  • Track and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback to both students and their families.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Specialisation in Social Studies or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Understanding of various learning styles and effective instructional strategies for students with SEN.
