Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CFO Evolution Community Support Worker to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to participants in a community environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of participants and providing one-on-one support and guidance
  • Delivering interventions and group work to assist participants in overcoming challenges and reintegrating into their communities
  • Collaborating with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to manage caseloads effectively and connect participants with resources
  • Ensuring effective case management and coordination of risk, with a focus on safeguarding adults and children

We are looking for a candidate with experience in probation/social care or the criminal justice sector, who is able to work effectively with participants and provide support and guidance in a community environment.
