Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support throughout their sentence.
  2. Closely collaborate with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to help manage your caseload effectively.
  3. Ensure effective case management and coordination of risk, with a particular focus on safeguarding adults and children.

Requirements:

  1. IAG Level 3 - desirable.
  2. Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.
