Este rol requiere la responsabilidad de proyectos a gran escala, demandando una colaboración estrecha con el Ingeniero Principal para entregar los proyectos de manera eficiente y dentro de los plazos establecidos. Trabajarás con otros grupos de Diseño Compuesto y guiarás a los miembros junior del equipo, contribuyendo a una variedad de proyectos y asegurando un diseño, fabricación y rendimiento óptimos de los componentes. Tu experiencia será esencial para optimizar el diseño de componentes en términos de integridad estructural y uso eficiente de la masa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar esquemas de diseño a partir de conceptos preliminares para el diseño de componentes, ensamblajes y herramientas asociadas.
  • Superficies de componentes y definir/revisar los manuales de especificaciones de laminados.
  • Proporcionar soporte inicial en proyectos durante las fases de ensamblaje, pruebas y desarrollo.
  • Promover soluciones prácticas para resolver problemas surgidos durante las pruebas y el desarrollo, utilizando los recursos disponibles dentro del grupo.
  • Contribuir proactivamente en el desarrollo, implementación y mejora de conceptos de diseño.
  • Apoyar al Ingeniero Principal en todos los aspectos de las responsabilidades y carga de trabajo del grupo, incluyendo la interacción con otros departamentos.
  • Asegurar la delegación adecuada de tareas para avanzar en los proyectos de manera eficiente dentro del grupo.
  • Mantener y desarrollar niveles de habilidad a estándares de la industria y mantener un conocimiento exhaustivo y actualizado sobre el diseño compuesto.

Habilidades y Conocimientos Requeridos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica, Automotriz o de Motorsport, o en un campo relacionado.
  • Se dará preferencia a estudios específicos relacionados con la Ingeniería Compuesta.
  • Amplia experiencia previa en la producción de esquemas de diseño de alto nivel y dibujos detallados de ensamblajes complejos de CFRP bajo un cronograma exigente en el sector de motorsport/alto rendimiento.
  • Dominio en el uso de sistemas CAD 3D, idealmente con un buen conocimiento práctico de CATIA y un conocimiento demostrable de técnicas de modelado sólido y de superficies.
  • Excelente conocimiento práctico del diseño de componentes CFRP, incluyendo selección de materiales, creación de manuales de especificaciones de laminados, requisitos de curado y unión, estrategias de herramientas, requisitos de jigging, etc.
  • Enfoque innovador y flexible para la resolución creativa de problemas, nuevas disciplinas y entornos.
  • Historial comprobado de trabajo en un entorno colaborativo, comunicándose de manera efectiva y avanzando en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
