Employment Law Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Consultant specializing in employment law to join our field-based team at The Portfolio Group. As an Advocate, you will manage cases across the UK, working closely with our employment law advisory service and the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review allocated claims brought against clients in the Employment Tribunal, preparing the case, including approving drafted pleadings, disclosure exercises, and bundles of documents.
  • Provide clear assessments of client cases and identify and manage risks to the client, including cost implications.
  • Represent client interests wholly and present all legal arguments relevant.
Requirements
  • Advocacy experience, ideally within employment law.
  • Hold a full valid driving license and can work autonomously and independently.
