A commercial firm in Manchester is keen to bring on board a Property Litigation Partner. This role presents the unique chance to spearhead and develop a property litigation department.

As a Property Litigation Partner, you will be vital in establishing a specialised property litigation department. There is an array of potential for internal referrals and an existing client base that spans multiple sectors. To succeed in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in property litigation. Based within commuting distance of Manchester, with a modest client following and strong business development skills, you’re a team player eager to work closely with the real estate team.
