Commercial Litigation Associate

An exciting position has opened up with our client, a well-established and highly-respected Manchester-based law firm. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with 4+ PQE and a strong interest in progressing towards partnership.
In this role, you will be managing a quality caseload of commercial disputes while also guiding and supervising a trainee. You will be working closely with shareholder and partnership disputes, alongside a supportive team that values your contribution.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a dedicated commercial litigator, specialising in shareholder/partnership disputes. You should be open to taking on management responsibilities and have an ambition to progress to a partnership role in the future.
In return for your expertise and dedication, you will have a clear pathway for progression within the firm. You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark as the lead commercial litigator within a growing team, handle a high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, and have the scope to achieve partnership as the firm continues to grow.
