About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at LeaCourt Independent Hospital in Warrington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adults with mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective occupational therapy interventions to achieve the delivery of strategic and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, well-being, and quality of life for service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and continued development of the occupational therapy service.
  • Participate in the induction of new staff and the training, education, and assessment of occupational therapy students.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience of working with adults with mental health problems in a variety of healthcare settings.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
