Job Summary:
CRP Group Global Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team as a Mobile Service Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hydraulic hoses on various machinery, providing exceptional customer service, and developing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair damaged or burst hydraulic hoses on a wide range of machinery
- Liaise with customers at all levels to ensure successful outcomes and meet customer expectations
- Introduce our full range of products to customers and develop accounts to increase business
- Work from a mobile workshop/van, providing on-site service and support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a mechanical or engineering background is preferred
- Engineering or construction background, mobile technician background, or tyre fitter background is also suitable
- Previous use of power or hand tools, spanners, etc. is a plus
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
- A full current UK driving license is required
