About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Compliance Senior Manager to join our team at EDF. As a key member of our leadership community, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and driving business performance and compliance across the Mid-Market organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen Compliance across the Mid-Market organization by building and implementing a Customer/TPI E2E Profitability model to steer Mid-Market decisions.
  • Lead initiatives and implement actions to optimize Mid-Market net profitability.
  • Centralize reporting and dashboard needs to ensure a 'single source of truth'.
  • Represent Mid-Market at performance-related meetings with varying business area leadership teams.

  • Excellent people leadership skills with strong coaching, development, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong planning skills, excellent organizational skills, and a high attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable resilience and ability to lead teams of people through periods of rapid change.
