Position: Culinary Service Associate

Location: Mytime Active

Job Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patrons with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and service standards.
  • Comply with Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations during food preparation and service.
  • Follow portion control and presentation guidelines meticulously.
  • Ensure proper food and beverage labeling and stock rotation practices are observed.
  • Keep vending machines fully stocked and assist with inventory management.
  • Accurately operate the cash register, following financial procedures.
  • Receive deliveries, verify items against delivery notes, and store securely.
  • Prepare the dining area to ensure it is safe, clean, and welcoming for guests.
  • Conduct safety and cleanliness inspections as necessary.
  • Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations during events and functions.
  • Report any issues with services, equipment, or facilities to management.
  • Promote energy conservation and minimize waste.
  • Wear the designated uniform with a name badge at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
  • This role may involve working independently and as part of a team, including key holding responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a fast-paced bar or food service environment is preferred, although comprehensive training will be provided. Upholding cleanliness and service standards is essential, and the ability to serve alcoholic beverages is required.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts is necessary.
