Primary Education Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Primary Education Support Role in a Nursery and Reception setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Class Teacher with the planning and delivery of learning activities, ensuring that our young students receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise small groups of children and provide individual support as needed
  • Assist the Class Teacher with lesson planning and preparation
  • Work closely with students in Nursery and Reception to promote their learning and development
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Experience working with children is essential
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £480-£600 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis. We also provide ongoing training and support to ensure that you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
