Position Overview

The Identity & Access Governance (IAG) initiative at Wellington Management is focused on streamlining access controls for personnel through a unified toolset. This program has identified four primary objectives for the year:

  • Enhance the IAG User Interface for access requests and approvals
  • Refine Access Control Management Procedures
  • Migrate from legacy IAG tools to modern solutions
  • Establish compliance reporting for business remediation

The role of User Interface Developer & Systems Integrator within Service Now entails:

  • Leading the development of the IAG User Interface in Service Now Catalogs
  • Facilitating a seamless transition from the existing vendor developer partner
  • Collaborating with the IAG Team on software/API modifications to prevent disruptions
  • Maintaining design playbooks, update sets, and training materials for IAG Administrators
  • Designing and implementing new functionalities as the IAG Solution progresses
  • Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure software reliability

This position may eventually broaden to encompass the development of additional Service Now Solutions/Integrations within the Risk/Information Security sectors.

Essential Qualifications

  • Service Now Expertise: Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications such as Employee Service Centre, Service Portal, IT Service Management, Integration HUB, and Automation Testing Framework
  • Integration Proficiency: Extensive experience in integrating ServiceNow with various systems, web services, databases, and APIs
  • PowerShell Competence: Familiarity with PowerShell for enhancing integrations with Active Directory, CyberArk, and HashiVault
  • Automated Testing Skills: Ability to develop automated testing patterns for solutions on Service Now
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Capacity to manage intricate business requirements and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities

Team Collaboration

  • Engaging in cross-project dependencies and complexities
  • Collaborating with a global team across various regions and time zones
  • Contributing to role requirements and integration frameworks
  • Working closely with stakeholders and architects to achieve project delivery milestones
  • Exhibiting advanced problem-solving and innovative thinking for team enhancement

This role is part of a global matrix team with a preference for candidates located in Needham, MA.
