We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer for a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype user-centric trading interfaces.
  • Structure information flow, develop detailed wireframes, screen designs, and prototypes utilizing Figma and other design tools.
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure alignment of requirements and design vision.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine interfaces accordingly.
  • Maintain design consistency and coherence across all platforms by adhering to established style guides.
  • Provide UX leadership and oversight during development and testing phases to ensure the fidelity and functionality of the final product.
  • Facilitate workshops and present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design with a robust portfolio focused on trading platforms or financial services.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Protopie.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Experience in creating UI animations and prototypes to enhance user experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Natural inclination towards technology and innovation, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot independently.
  • Experience in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services sector or a solid understanding of its workflows.

8+ years of experience in Digital Design.

  • BA/BS or MA/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, or a related discipline.
