Customer Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Microlise. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
