About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Process Design Engineer to join our Water Division in Syracuse, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing process mechanical portions of projects, analyzing data, and developing project documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design process mechanical portions of projects, following relevant codes and standards.
  • Analyze data, reports, and drawings to inform project decisions.
  • Develop project documents, including design calculations and cost estimates.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to progress work products.
  • Participate in quality review processes and provide quality work to lead engineers and project managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 15+ years of experience in Wastewater Treatment engineering design.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) License.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD Plant 3D/Revit MEP.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
