We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Advisor to join our team at Educators Wales. As a Contract Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting unemployed adults in achieving their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Induct participants into our programs, ensuring they understand the provision and have a clear plan for their career development.
- Develop and implement Employment Action Plans (EAPs) in partnership with colleagues, tracking participants' progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Participate in regular caseload reviews with your performance manager to discuss participant progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience working with unemployed adults, preferably in a targeted or performance-driven environment.
- Social work experience, qualification, or equivalent.
- IAG Qualification Level 3 or higher, or equivalent.
