Eclipse Hotels Group is a leading international hotel chain with a strong presence in the UK, Europe, and the Caribbean. Our company values excellence in service and employee experience, and we're seeking a talented Guest Experience Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Bristol Airport.
About the RoleAs a Guest Experience Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, including group check-ins
- Covering the reception desk and handling guest inquiries
- Answering hotel calls in a professional and welcoming manner
- Booking taxis and other forms of ground transport for our guests
- Providing recommendations for local attractions and making bookings on behalf of our guests
We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with previous hotel experience, preferably in a front office role. You'll need excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a genuine interest in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
