About the Role

As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, including group check-ins
  • Covering the reception desk and handling guest inquiries
  • Answering hotel calls in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Booking taxis and other forms of ground transport for our guests
  • Providing recommendations for local attractions and making bookings on behalf of our guests
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with previous hotel experience, preferably in a front office role. You'll need excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a genuine interest in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
