Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference & Banqueting Operations Assistant to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Casual Hospitality Team Member, you will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the running of banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perfect knowledge of all rooms set ups, serve refreshments, and keep all areas clean and hazard-free.
  • Work closely with the Conference and Banqueting team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient event experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
