Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference & Banqueting Operations Assistant to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Casual Hospitality Team Member, you will be responsible for setting up and facilitating the running of banquets and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Perfect knowledge of all rooms set ups, serve refreshments, and keep all areas clean and hazard-free.
- Work closely with the Conference and Banqueting team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient event experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
