Role Overview:

As an Offshore Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth offshore operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential administrative assistance to our Service Delivery Coordinator and Offshore Delivery Team. This involves effective communication with various stakeholders, managing documentation, coordinating personnel transfers, overseeing equipment deliveries, and organizing logistical services. Your ability to foster strong relationships will be vital to our collective success.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCSE/ 'O' Level qualifications (including English and Maths).
  • Possession of GWO, HUET, Chester Step, and UK Offshore Medical certifications (or willingness to obtain these qualifications).

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven experience in a similar fast-paced administrative role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Main Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the delivery team, including managing offshore inventory, timesheets, personnel inquiries, and logistics administration.

Personnel Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain contact lists, and oversee the issuance of PPE and tools.

Additional Duties: Assist with safety-related matters, finance inquiries, and contribute to data compilation and reporting.
