Position Overview

This role is primarily hands-on and requires physical engagement, structured on a full-time roster. The selected individual will become part of a well-established and forward-thinking organization known for its commitment to employee development.

Work Schedule

Shift pattern consists of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, with each shift lasting 12 hours.

Requirements
  • Possession of a valid UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle is essential.
  • Must fulfill the criteria to obtain a valid Airside Security Pass and Airside Driving License.
  • Physical fitness is required to manage the demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and guiding FBO personnel during assigned shifts to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive customer experience, in line with established company protocols and relevant regulations.
  • Conducting, directing, and supervising handling, cleaning, and refueling operations for various aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining fuel quality to meet Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental standards as dictated by internal and external guidelines.
  • Ensuring accurate issuance and receipt of aviation-grade fuels to aircraft, with proper documentation.
  • Managing aircraft towing operations as necessary and ensuring routine inspections for foreign objects on the apron are performed.
  • Overseeing all aspects of aircraft and passenger handling, including standard and special client services as requested.
  • Coordinating the compilation and upkeep of records, data requests, and operational tasks as required.
  • Administering customer requests, documentation, and invoicing, while maintaining vehicle records in accordance with current policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring adherence to high health and safety standards.
  • Participating in GSO/GSS training as required.
  • Performing any other duties as reasonably assigned by management.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and manage team dynamics effectively.
  • Proficient IT skills, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
